Seeing what fields are showing in a Pivot Report
Hi all,
In 2003, the filter selections were on the graph itself and as such, it was easy to see what filters were in play agaonst what content. As I recently discovered, these filters are present in 2007 in the PivotChart Filter button. But seeing what filters are active isn't immediately obvious unless you click on each filter to see. Is there a way to detect and present these selections? Many thanks, Bony |

I hope I understand you correctly. Did you click on the "Field List" button?
It's in the Ribbon. "Bony Pony" wrote: Hi all, In 2003, the filter selections were on the graph itself and as such, it was easy to see what filters were in play agaonst what content. H,
No - I can see the field list fine. It is seeing what filters are active without clicking on the Report Filter section in the PivotChart Filter Pane.
