Problem with Column header ID being 1 2 3 etc instead of A B C etc
For some reason my column header Id show and has changed into numeric 1
instead of A, 2 instead of B, 3 instead of C. When now selecting a cell like C5 the position is now R5C3. What are the steps to recover this and get the normal column header A B C back ? Rgds Marco |

In version before Excel 2007: Tools | Options ; open the General tab and
unselect the box "R1C1 reference style" In Excel 2007: Office button; Excel Options; Formulas; Working with Formulas; unselect the box "R1C1 reference style" best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "MarcoKoenders" wrote in message ...
