Excel 2007 and shortcuts not working
 

Hi

We are using Office 2007 and are experiencing problems with the shortcuts in
Excel 2007. When some of our users want to type a D (capital d) in a cell
through SHIFT+D it moves to the next cell in the row, this is also a problem
with E (capital e).
I can see that this is a known problem, but what's the solution?
