Opening at Unwanted
I've hit some combination of keys that makes my workbook open at a specific
cell everytime. When I close, I am always at another location and hit Save. But when I open, it goes back to that random cell everytime. I've not done a macro to direct it to do this - just fast/fat fingers and did something that I can't undo. Help? |
Opening at Unwanted
If you open excel in safe mode, then use file|open to open your workbook, does
it behave the same. Close excel windows start button|Run Excel /safe then file|open If it behaves the same way, I don't have a suggestion. But if it behaves the way you want, then I'd look for macros once more. (Starting excel in safe mode is one way to avoid macros). Debra Dalgleish shows how to clean up all the remnants of macros. You can use those instructions to look for macros: http://www.contextures.com/xlfaqMac.html#NoMacros TexJen09 wrote: I've hit some combination of keys that makes my workbook open at a specific cell everytime.
