How do I schedule multiple activities and times?
 

I need to schedule multiple simultaneous activities and times for a learning
lab. the purpose is to see who is supposed to be where at any given time.
Outlook and other calendars do not allow me to save or print all of the
information.

How do I schedule multiple activities and times?
 

That is quite a chore.

Any particular area you would need help with?
