Printed text vs. Screen fonts
The text in a excel printout (which is really in this case a word document)
comes out smaller than the way it appears on screen. Does anyone know why and how do I make them the same? Thanks -- Dave |

What you see on the screen is a function of a number of things: screen
resolution; application magnification, etc. On paper the result depends on the font size: 12 point meaning 12/72 inch high for the character H. best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "Dave" wrote in message ... What are your settings in FilePage Setup under Scaling?
If you are set for 1 page wide by 1 page tall you could be shrinking the printed output.
