On a worksheet i have column that contains the length of
service (in monnths ) of each of my employees. I want to a formulae that will segregate them into sertain groups e.g 0-7, and count how many of each group i have. I have tired using the countif and sum functions, but to no avail. could someone please give me some direction? lots of thanks colin |
Take a look at =frequency() in excel's help. I think that'll do what you want.
