Hi,

With office your only reaonable choice would be PowerPoint. I'm sure that
many graphic experts would have a heart attack, there are many better
programs for doing that sort of thing, but not in Office.

Technically you could do it in Word or Excel, but a bad idea. If you have
Visio that might be a consideration.

You also might post this question in the PowerPoint newsgroup, because
that's more up their alley

Use MS Paint if your printer doesn't support it in their software.
