Hi,
What do you mean by "I can punched up all old files"? What version of Excel are you using? Are all menus unavailable? or just some. Are the all toolbars gray out? Regardless, re-registering should have no effect. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Terry" wrote: Problem, it appears as if my excel is locked, I can punched up all old files and such, can not type, none of the options up top are open, I went through and re-registered again, that did not correct it. any help would be appreciated. I meant that when I pulled up a old file, I couldn't type on them,
I only use excel for Price quotes, nothing more, I have the same items quoted for the same people every week, all I have to do is put cursor where the price is and type in new price. Can not do that any more. The whole top of the page comes in gray and says "compatability mode" I do not believe that was there before. I can open files, can not save, confused. any help would be appreciated. it is as if something was checked and now all is locked.thanks Terry "Shane Devenshire" wrote: Hi, What do you mean by "I can punched up all old files"?
