Sort in Greek alphabetical order
Does anyone know how to sort by Greek alphabetical order? In other words,
rather than have the list "Zeta, Alpha, Gamma, Beta Tau" sorted as "Alpha, Beta Tau, Gamma, Zeta" I'd like it to be sorted "Alpha, Gamma, Zeta, Beta Tau" ... any ideas? |

Not very effective if this is a one-time thing, but you could create a
custom list. Tools - Options - Custom Lists. You basically tell Excel what order a set of words should go in, and then it will sort by that. Its also how it knows how to sort days of the week. -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "jdc" wrote: Does anyone know how to sort by Greek alphabetical order? Good thought, but I think Custom Lists only allow up to a certain number of
characters (upper 200's, as I recall). It just may not be something that can be done! "Luke M" wrote: Not very effective if this is a one-time thing, but you could create a custom list.
