Is there a way to format more than one field at a time in a pivot table?

Cheers,

Formatting

Hi,

A little more detail would be helpful.

You can highlight the entire table and click the Bold button
You can use the Ctrl key to select multiple ranges and then do any
formatting you want.
You can use any of the 220 methods of selecting in the spreadsheet and then
apply a format to that selection
You can use the Selection options on the PivotTable menu
You can use the black selector arrows to select various items and then format

If this helps, please click the Yes button

Cheers,
