Sorting percentages

I am trying to sort a spreadsheet where the values are percentages. I have
the percentages set as a result of a formula from a different worksheet in
the workbook. However, when I sort descending, the numbers completely
change. How can I sort without losing the formula and formatting?

I appreciate the help.

Worksheet 1 has numbers each week that are entered for # of customer calls
and total number of calls. Worksheet 2 has a formula which divides the # of
customer calls by the total number of calls to give us what percentage of
calls are customer calls. I try to sort the following table (example)
descending by wk 4, but when I do the %'s come up in like 5 digit percentage
numbers.

For example: After sorting, a number that read 7.66% now reads 2300%

Wk 1 Wk 2 Wk 3 Wk 4
9920670 3.97% 2.81% 4.57% 8.79%
9920671 8.66% 10.15% 6.19% 3.47%
9920673 5.52% 4.31% 6.59% 2.71%
