Default Header with &

I have Excel 2003 and need to put our company name LG&E ENERGY in the header
but Excel must think the & is some kind of format, because it changes it to
LG ENERGY (removes the &E and double underlines the word ENERGY). What can I
do to tell it to stop!!! Thanks in advance for your help!!

Just use 2 ampersands, i.e.

LG&&E ENERGY
