Pivot Chart Question
I have a Pivot table that shows monthly sales by client. Approximately 200
clients are shown. As with most businesses, about 80% of the sales comes from 20% of the clients. I want to create a pivot chart that will show the individual results for the the top ten clients along with all other clients grouped together as a single result. Can this be done? |
Pivot Chart Question
Hi,
In the pivot table select the all the clients from 6 to 200 (in the row area) then choose the command PivotTable, Group and Show Detail, Group. This should give you 6 items in a new row field. Remove the original field from the pivot table, rename the Group 1, Other. Generate your chart from this. If this helps, click the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Mike" wrote: I have a Pivot table that shows monthly sales by client. Approximately 200 clients are shown. Pivot Chart Question
This works, but I have one simple question, how can I rename Group1 to Other?
