I have re-installed Excel and even the XLS VIEWER on the computer.

When I open an excel document or csv file over the internet, the document
opens in the viewer in IE but none of my Excel Menu Features work. Only the
FILE, VIEW and HELP menus work. The Menus for Sorting Data etc are frozen
(cannot even click or pull them down). If I save the file I can open in
Excel and all my Excel menus work fine. I've double checked the IE settings
with another users machine where this functionality DOES work and they are
identical.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I use this to open CSV files from a web
application, sort the data, then paste them into an existing Excel offline
document. This just quit working about a week ago.
