Default How do I complete increments of time in column A by say 9 min?

Hi,

Enter the first time in A1, say
8:00 AM
Then enter the second increment in A2
8:09 AM
Highlight A1:A2 and drag the fill handle down as far as you want.

You can use this technique for any fixed increment.
