Two functions in one formula.
 
I need this formula, using Excel 2003.
Here I want that when A3 is < than A1, answer becomes in cell A2 and in the
same formula when A3 is than A1, answer in A2 becomes 0.
Example:
A1 A2 A3
100 20 80
100 0 140
