Excel read only or enc
 
I was working a Excel 2002 file when my pc locked up, now when I try to
re-open that file I get an error message " Excel cannot open file, file is
read only or encrypted" I checked properties and it's not read only any
suggestion????

Use the microsoft application recovery tool. It is under the Start button
and veries slightly depending on the version of Ofice installed. On excel
2003 it is in the following location:

Start - Microsoft Office - Tools - Application Recovery
