totaling & averaging a spreadsheet
i have a spreadsheet containing:
employee, date, qty of errors, comments it contains many rows if inputed information in order by date inputted (sorted by date) employees are listed each time they issue a document. This spreadsheet is tracking how many errors they make on these documents. i need to calculate: 1) number of times each employee is entered, 2) Average error per each document per person, 3) average error per document for all employees as a whole.
