Look at the Excel help for the ABS function. F1 is one of many ways of
invoking Excel help.

Default ABS Function?

ABS converts a number to its positive value, regardless of whether the
number is positive or negative.

=ABS(-10) returns 10.
=ABS(10) returns 10.
