Hi,
I don't know if the Add-in works in 2007 but if it does here is how you install it 1. Choose Office Button, Excel Options, Add-ins with Excel Add-ins selected in the Manage box click Go and you will be in the old familiar dialog box... If this helps, please check the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "M" wrote: How do I install Chip Pearson's Cell View xla in Excel 2007? Go to the source (see http://www.cpearson.com/excel/CellView.aspx)
CellView command items will appear on the Add-Ins tab of the Excel 2007 Ribbon, rather than on the View tab. To manage your add-ins go to Office Button|Excel Options|Add-Ins and choose Manage at the bottom... Choose Browse, locate your add-in.... Shane, Sheeloo .....CellView is really helpful and I had missed it ....
A BIG Thanks! I had Chip's Web Pages but was too dense to figure out the "how to" but once I read & re-read your notes and "looked" then browsed for where I had put that .xla file - Bottom Line - sometimes even those things right in front of me ... IT WORKED! Thanks to both of you, ever so much M "Sheeloo" wrote: Go to the source (see http://www.cpearson.com/excel/CellView.aspx) CellView command items will appear on the Add-Ins tab of the Excel 2007 Ribbon, rather than on the View tab.
