Is there a way to increase the number of characters that excel allows in a
cell? One data collecting/managing application I use frequently exceeds the limit. Thanks Mike |
# of Characters/cell
Sorry, but no.
If there was a way of increasing that number then a new number would be the actual limit. Hi, mike. The cells capacity for characters goes up to 327652. Are you shure
this is not enough? This is about 12 to 15 pages of data compressed in one single cell. Are you sure you are using this in the right way? Perhaps you need to look for other alternatives.
