I actuall want to export access table into exel but exel cannot take more than 65535 records. Is there a query where i can include more than 100000 records into exel by exporting from access. Pls let me know thanks |

This is the point where minor liges, jump to mayor liges. There is way to consolidate data from Access to Excel. Of course, I know you are using 2003 or 2000, because the number of lines. 2007 has now more than a million. Ok, you need to get dirty with Pivot Tables to be able to handle that many records.
