Hi,
Simply put - no. Although you could use Alt+O,E,F Alt+C, then the cursor keys. Or a far more obscure combination: Alt, Ctrl+Tab till the Format toolbar is active, and then Right arrow until you reach the Font Color tool, then Down Arrow, and whatever cursor keys you need.
