Run excel 2007 from Access 2003 Runapp macro

I am using a Access 2003 macro to run a specific excel sheet by the runapp
command like this "excel""full path\filename.xls". This worked perfectly in
connection with Excell 2003 but not in Excel 2007? Is this not valid in Excel
2007?
