Hi there,

I have two columns of names that look like:
Column A Column B
0 Glen
0 David
0 0
Ben 0
Geoff 0
Garry 0
0 Jeffrey

Note: if column A contains a value then column B will always be zero (and
vise versa).
What I would like to do is have a third column which merges this information
so that it would look like:
Column C
Glen
David
0
Ben
Geoff
Garry
Jeffrey

Is this possible? If so, how?

One way is to put this in C1 and copy down as far as needed:
=IF(A1=0,B1,A1)
