freez issues need merge help

My rows 1, 2, and 3 need their data to remain frozen during endless
scrolling. I also have a Date column A which needs to freeze. Because only
row 1 and column A can freeze simultaeously, I need my row 2, and 3 data to
be merged into row 1. With different data across those rows, Excel cannot
merge it all. Is it possible to merge those rows into one Row 1 (which
textually would look the same and have the same allignment... just now only
be one row. Formatting nightmare, any help?

Chris Cornell
No... not that one.

What do you mean only Row 1 and Column A can be frozen simultaneously?
What happens if you click in cell B4 when you Freeze Panes?
