Transferring info
 

I need to transfer the e-mail addresses, phone #'s and names of contacts I
have on a spreadsheet to Microsoft Outlook. Can I do this and how?

From Outlook
Choose File|Import and Export|Import from another program or file|Microsoft
Excel
Pick your file and options..

To understand the format Outlook expects enter one address there and Export
to Excel and look at that file
