Auto replace between Excel and Word
Hi
I would like to be able to insert live stock prices into a Word document if I mention the ticker symbol. For example, if I include "MSFT" in the document I would like it to be replaced with "Microsoft down 0.4 per cent to $23.00" I can insert the prices from Yahoo finance into Excel using useful macros available he http://www.gummy-stuff.org/Yahoo-data.htm Does anyone know how it would be possible to automatically insert the prices, for the stocks that I mention, into Word? Many thanks indeed. |

Hi,
I suggest that the Word newsgroup would be a much better place for that, they are the experts on Word. -- Thanks, Shane Devenshire "bob" wrote: Hi I would like to be able to insert live stock prices into a Word document if I mention the ticker symbol.
