Auto save Spread sheet as htm to a specific location
 

I control the schedule for my field operatives using a spead sheet that I
save both as an xls file and an htm file. The htm file is broad cast via the
internet for my field techs to easily see where they are going.
I share editing privileges with 2 other people and changes are usually made
to the xls file but not aways to the htm file. Is there a way or an add in
that will auto save the xls file as an htm file to a specific location?
