How can I change which cell is selected next, other than Down, Le.
 

I know there should be a simple answer to this question, but I can't find it
on the "Help" menu.

"move selection after enter"

tools-options-edit
and select one of the 4 directions or simply uncheck for Not to move after
hitting Enter
