Have error condition "Too Many Different Cell Formats"
Have multi-tab Spreadsheet with much cutting and inserting of rows for
updates. Each tab is period in time with lots of formatting and graphs. To 'simplify', I copied and Paste Special (values) entire worksheet onto itsself to remove formulas and 'simplify' the entire workbook. Saved and re-opened the file. Still got the error. I have EXCEL Professional , Windows Office suite 2003. |
Have error condition "Too Many Different Cell Formats"
Well, you have, as Excel is trying to tell you, too many different formats.
You need to reduce the different formats you are using. Click on the intersection between rows and columns (or CTRL-A twice) to select all cells in the sheet, then click on Arial (for example) with 10 pt - all cells will take on this setting. You can change other font attributes at the same time, such as bold, italic etc (to get rid of them). Repeat this for the other sheets. Hope this helps. Pete "A W" <A wrote in message ...
