Default I can't delete a picture

I have a huge shared spreadsheet that someone has inserted a picture on it.
The person that put that picture in is no longer with the company so I can
not ask them what they did. This picture can not be moved, reduced, or
deleted by any means that I know of. I have highlighted all the cells and
deleted them and this picture is the only thing that remains. I have copied
all the cells and pasted them into a new workbook and the picture transfers
also. I checked already and there is no macro linked to this picture. If
you try and click on the picture the pointer changes to make it look like you
could move it but I can't make it do anything. I'm lost as to what I can do.
Any ideas on what may be going on here?

Hi,

You might try:
1. Copy all the cells but choose Edit, Paste Special, Formulas, followed by
Paste Special, Formats.
Can you select the picture?
2. Select all the cell except those where the picture is and copy those and
paste them.

Sharing is a type of protection. To have full control to modify the sheet you
need to unshare the workbook...

Hi again,

One other thing came to mind, maybe the spreadsheet is protected, choose
Tools, Protection and see if Unprotect Spreadsheet is an option. If it is
you can unprotect the spreadsheet and delete the picture.

If any of this helps, please click the Yes button.

Have you tried...

View|Toolbars|Control Toolbox|Click the Design Mode button(Set Square,
ruler and Pencil)|Right click the picture|Cut|Click the Design Mode
button again to get out of Design Mode.
