can you set up global headers & footers for all sheets in a file?
I have a file that has several worksheets... I want the same header & footer
in all... and then I want to be able to change it globally... for instance, the header might say "Preliminary Draft", and then when it becomes final, I want to change it to "Final" without having to go into each worksheet. Is this possible? |

You should group the sheets together - right click on a sheet tab and
then Group All Sheets. Now, whatever changes you make to one sheet will be reflected in all of them (so be careful !!). Set up your Header/Footer as required, and then Ungroup the sheets once you have finished (right-click a sheet tab again and Ungroup sheets). Do a similar thing to edit the headers. Hope this helps.
