Keeping data together using Query
 

I have imported data using Query, and have added 3 columns to the left of the
table which include data which is manually input.
When I refresh the Query, if a row is inserted because the import data has
changed, the input information doesn't move with it.
I'm sure there's a simple answer to this, can anyone help?
