AutoFilter Problem
Here's the problem I'm having with Excel 2007. As a simple example I have
column of numbers from 1 to 10. I apply the auto filter and de-select the number 2, then I highlight the results and delete rows so that only the number 2 should be remaining when I turn off the filter. The 2 has been deleted along with the other numbers. I didn't have this problem with Office 2003. Is this a bug? Thanks, Dennis |
AutoFilter Problem
Hi,
It is working correctly for me. The same in both 2003 and 2007. However, if you are having a problem you can select all the data after you apply the Auto Filter and press F5, Special, Visible cells only, click OK and press Ctrl - (Ctrl and the minus key) respond Entire Row. Now turn off the Auto Filter and the 2's should still be there. -- Thanks, Shane Devenshire "Dennis" wrote: Here's the problem I'm having with Excel 2007.
