How I remove protection from a picture in excel?
Hi,
of course what you need to do is turn off protection. Tools, Protection, Unprotect Sheet. If it requires a password and you don't have it contact the creator of the file and get it from them. Alternatively you can use a program like Snag It to capture the region of the screen where the picture it. Another alternative is to highlight the cells under the picture and then hold down the Shift key and choose Edit, Copy Picture, OK. Move to Word and paste. You may need to crop the results but at least it works. If this helps, please click the Yes button. -- Thanks, Shane Devenshire "Graphics747" wrote: I received an excel file with pictures I want to copy to word but the pictures have protection.
