Dynamic Passwords

I have a pivot table categorized by person. I would like each person to be
able to view the backup data by double-clicking their name, but not be able
to let anyone else view the info.

Is there any way I can have excel prompt the user to enter a unique
pre-defined password such that they may only view their own backup data?

Excel's password protection is fairly lax, so the basic answer here is
probably no. If someone cares enough, they could remove the passwords.
No idea how you might protect polite people against each other though,
sorry. :)
