Printing faults

I have a 12 paged document setup c/w pictures, text and merged cells. It
looks fine on screen, under print preview and also when i print. When i send
it to a colleague in USA (I'm in UK) On screen it looks ok, yet when printed
the pictures move up over text and it gets worse by each page. I've tried
locking the document, and tried changing the move and size with cell options
but nothing seems to work...

Can anyone possibly help with this please?

Thanks

I suspect the Paper size may be having some effect.
