Custom format the cells as .##
Format Cells|Custom|Type .000 to see numbers like .340, .200.. If you use .### instead then Exxcel will not add 0 if you enter .2 -- Always provide your feedback so that others know whether the solution worked or problem still persists ... Select the cells and choose Format, Cells, Number tab, Custom and enter the following code in the Type box ..000 or ..### or as many decimal places as you want to see.
