I have lost my title bar, how do I restore it?

I have lost my title bar in one workbook. I have tried view and full screen,
I have tried alt space and m and the arrow keys but the minimize, maximize
and close symbols are out of view and I can't move the work book. Also the
tabs of the worksheets are out of view. It's as if it it's too big for the
window

For the sheet window titlebar, try:
Window|arrange|tiled (and resize the way you like)

For the application titlebar, try that alt-space, m and use the arrow keys to
move the window into view.

If that still doesn't work, maybe alt-space, r (for restore) to make it less
than a full screen window would help. Then alt-space, m to move.

Or try rightclicking on an empty spot on the taskbar and choose tile or
cascade. You may want to do this with your other applications closed.
