Comment Shower type display
 

Am trying to figure out how to do something in Excel that I am not sure if it
can be done... What I would like to do is to create a spreadsheet in sheets.
Sheet 1 would include main display data. Sheet 2 would include refernce
material. My ultimate goal is to be able to mouse over a cell and have it
referance a cell on sheet 2 as a comment shower. I see where one can add a
comment and it shows up but it is a manual entry. I would like to be able to
have it reference one point so I can change it in one place and it affects
all places where the same comment is used. aka. Have a contact person that
is in charge of 10 sites and when the mouse is put over a cell containing a
managed site, it shows up with a pop up of the contact info.

Hyperlink does a similar thing but only goes to the other cell... Can
anyone assist me with finding this? Thanx in advance everyone!
