Highlighting rows and columns
 

When I teach my Excel 2007 class the highlighted rows or columns of
information are so light the students can not see it on the screen.

Has anyone had this problem and if so, how do I fix it?

I think I have a solution for you, the highlighted area depends on your
desktop properties, go to your desktop right click anywhere blank, then click
on properties, next thing choose Appearance after that click on "Advanced"
then on "Item:" drop down list, choose "Selected Items" next thing choose a
color from the right so that its dark enough.

you can also select a preinstalled theme that has highlighted area darker
than "so light".
