excel solver tool
I have excel 2003 and am taking an excel on-line course. My current lesson
involves excel's solver tool and I followed the directions I was given and when I selected Add-Ins from Tools menu it had Solver Add-in listed and I checked it but I got a prompt that said excel couldn't run it because it wasn't installed. I tried to install it and got a prompt saying the feature I was trying to use is on a network that is unavailable and to enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'DATA1.MSI. I did this and it would not work. I do not have the cd where excel or office was installed on my computer. Can someone tell me what I can do? I cannot classes if I can't get this resolved. |

If you don't have the Office installation CDs, I don't think there's
anything you can do. --JP On Oct 15, 3:36*pm, bshahan wrote: I have excel 2003 and am taking an excel on-line course.
