Is it possible to set MS Excel 2K to display in UTF-8 like Intern.
I am trying to open a CSV file that contains Japanese Chars in UTF-8 with
excel 2000. When I do open the file, the chars seem to be interpreted in shift-JIS. Is there any way to set excel to view in UTF-8 so that my characters are displayed correctly? |
