I have to "re-add" add-ins
 

I am running microsoft excel 2003. Everytime that I open a file with macros,
I have to first open a blank file and uncheck the add-ins that I need. Then
I have to open the add-ins menu again and re-check the add-ins that I want to
use. Then I can open up the file that I want to use (that has macros) and
the macros will work correctly.

Is there something I can do to fix this problem?
