Pivot table
 

In the basic data of a pivot table, I added row with data. In the pivot table
I did a refresh and after that my pivot table is showing wrong data. Can you
help please?

Pivot table
 

Believe you meant why isn't the pivot reflecting the added data. Either
manually extend the data range (Right-click PT wizard Back to step 2
Edit to extend the range Finish). Or use a dynamic data range, see Debra's:
