Excel doc created and assigned users - WRM on server 1 when rights created,
for technocal reason WRM moved to server 2. Now owner of doc can not open.
System looks for rights on server 1. Owner uninstalled and reinstaslled WRM
on their desktop. Any directions how document can be opened?

I would check the environmental parameters for clue to problem. From Start
button select RUN. In the Run box enter : CMD.exe which will open a DOS
window. From DOS window type SET <Enter. You will get a list of the
environmental Parameters. One of these may be set incrooectly. You could
also have problems with some of the registry settings.

Again fron the Start Run type REGEDIT. From the REGEDIT menu : EDIT - FIND.
Search for "SERVER 1" to find incorrect registry entries.
