NEED HELP WRITING IF STATEMENT

Help! I need an IF statement that says the following:

If H2 = PLATINUM THEN I2=$170 OR IF H2 = PREMIUM THEN I2=$150 OR IF H2 =
ALTERNATE THEN I2=$50

Someone please help me!!!!
