Excel 2007 Autofit row/column height

Autofit's been part of Excel since the beginning. Anyone know where the path
is for Excel 2007?

You can use the shortcut of double clicking the right-hand (or bottom) guide
line in the column's (or row's) header.

To make my explanation clearer, pretend you are going to manually resize a
column with your mouse. Place your mouse in the header over the right or
bottom guide line... when the cursor changes to a vertical line (for
columns) or a horizontal line (for rows) with two arrows pointing in
opposite directions, then double click the left mouse button.
